I’m Emma, a Sussex-based photographer with over 12 years of experience working with food brands, producers, makers and independent businesses across the UK.
My background in 3D Design, commercial photography and content production has shaped the way I approach photography today. I’m interested not just in creating beautiful images, but in understanding the business behind them and what the photography needs to do.
I create food, product and lifestyle photography, from styled product and e-commerce shoots to recipe development, brand imagery and natural lifestyle content. I also offer styling and creative direction, helping businesses develop visual ideas and create images that feel true to who they are.
Independent businesses and makers
I particularly enjoy showing the people, processes and details behind what they do, whether that’s a maker working in their studio, a chef preparing food or a product being used in its natural setting. These images can help customers understand the story behind a business, as well as giving them versatile content to use.
I work from my home studio for remote product shoots, as well as on location depending on the project.
